Exempelvis att du fr\u00e5gar den arbetss\u00f6kande om denne avser vara f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledig under arbetet varp\u00e5 du sedan meddelar att denne inte f\u00e5r arbetet p\u00e5 grund av just detta.
