Rapporteringen kan g\u00f6ras genom intern, extern eller offentlig rapportering. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 17.6px;\" data-no-auto-translation=\"\">Skyddet g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att visselbl\u00e5sare inte ska hindras eller straffas f\u00f6r att de rapporterar om missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. Det finns ingen st\u00f6rre praktisk anledning att fundera s\u00e5 mycket p\u00e5 vad som \u00e4r av allm\u00e4nt intresse och inte. Dels f\u00f6r att det visat sig att EU-domstolen s\u00e5 sent som 2023 g\u00f6r breda och gynnsamma tolkningar av detta begrepp men \u00e4ven f\u00f6r att det ligger i en arbetsgivares intresse att f\u00e5 arbetstagare mfl att komma till dem och rapportera om missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. The law states that these consist of employees, volunteers, interns, people who otherwise perform work under the control and direction of an operator, self-employed people, people who are part of a company&#039;s administrative, management or supervisory body, if the operator is a company, and shareholders who are active in the company, if the operator is a limited liability company. So it&#039;s a wide circle.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The reporting channel, procedures and follow-up should be designed so that it is possible to report in writing, orally and via a physical meeting.<\/li>\n<li>The whistleblower should receive confirmation that the report has been received within seven days. However, the reporting person can waive this right or if you, as an employer, suspect that the person would reveal their identity.<\/li>\n<li>During the investigation, the whistleblower shall receive feedback on any measures taken and the reasons for these measures.<\/li>\n<li>The employer is also obliged to inform the whistleblower if his or her identity may be revealed in the event that the employer is forced to disclose the information about the report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The employer must provide information in an easily accessible manner on how to report. How reporting can be done to external parties.
